Rigorous research. Advice you can act on.
Dynamix Africa designs studies, analyses data and turns the findings into strategy. Government departments, public entities and companies across Africa use us to answer the questions behind big decisions, and then to act on the answers.
Questionnaires, sampling and fieldwork
Modelling, testing and forecasting
Baselines, evaluations and M&E frameworks
Strategic plans, APPs and business plans
Impact assessments and investment cases
Evidence and strategy from the same team
Too many studies end in a report nobody acts on, and too many strategies rest on guesswork.
We close that gap. The analysts who collect and test your data are the same people who help you turn the results into a plan, a policy or an investment decision. You get findings you can defend and recommendations you can carry out, without briefing a second firm.

What we do
Two service lines built to work together. Use one on its own, or let the research feed straight into the advice.
Research & Statistical Analysis
We design the study, collect or clean the data, run the analysis and explain what it means. Every number in our reports can be traced back to the data and the method behind it.
- Survey design, sampling and fieldwork
- Statistical and econometric analysis
- Forecasting and scenario modelling
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Market, feasibility and economic impact studies
- Data cleaning, management and dashboards
Consulting
We help leaders decide what to do next and plan how to do it, using the evidence rather than the loudest opinion in the room.
- Strategic plans and annual performance plans
- Business plans and funding proposals
- Economic and policy advisory
- Socio-economic impact assessments (SEIAS)
- Organisational and process reviews
- Programme and project management support
Questions we help answer
If one of these sounds like a conversation in your organisation, we should talk.
Is our programme achieving what it was funded to do?
How many people will buy this, and at what price?
What does our survey data really show, and can we prove it?
What will this regulation cost, and who will carry the cost?
Which project should we fund first, and what return can we expect?
Are the targets in our strategic plan realistic and measurable?
How a project runs
The same four stages apply whether you need a two-week data analysis or a year-long evaluation.
01
Brief
We meet in person or online to understand the decision you face, the data you already have, your timeline and your budget.
02
Proposal and quotation
You receive a written proposal setting out the method, deliverables and timeline, with a fixed quotation.
03
Research and analysis
One project lead manages the fieldwork, analysis and drafting, and reports to you at the milestones we agree.
04
Findings and handover
We present the results to your team and hand over the report, the data and the analysis files.
